Profile of Process Consultant
A Process Consultant is a Process Expert who helps organizations in their Quality, Compliance and Information Security journey. He / she assists organizations, projects, functions and processes in their strategic initiatives planning, execution, process implementation and improvement journey. This is a leadership position requiring both technical and managerial abilities. He / she is expected to be an authority in the areas of Software Quality Assurance and Information Security (ISO 9001, ISO 27001, CMMi, Six Sigma, and Project Management Practices).
Key Responsibilities:
- Define Quality and Information Security Management Systems
- Conduct gap analysis of standards (ISO, CMM etc.) requirements with existing processes
- Conduct internal audits Conduct quality and security awareness trainings
- Help projects set-up project processes (planning and tracking mechanism, metrics)
- Conduct process compliance audits Drive process improvement activities (Six Sigma or any other method) Monitor metrics programs implementation
- Participate in critical engineering / management reviews of the project
- Participate in Project Initiation and Knowledge Sharing sessions
Soft Skills
- Good communication and training skills
- Ability to follow-up on issues for closure
- Ability to influence without direct authority
Educational Qualifications
- MBA – Prior Software Experience is desirable but not mandatory
- BE with Software Quality Assurance background
Tele Sales Executive:
Sales/Business Development Support
- Preparing and collecting IT companies database and contacts list
- Cold calling to prospective customers and candidates
- Taking appointments
Training management
- Preparing training material and handouts based on course ware
- Collect and maintain database of training prospects and participants
- Announcing training programs in various forums and sites
- Registering candidates
- Maintain the scores and feedback of training
- Ensuring that certificates are printed and couriered to the candidates
Educational Qualifications
- Graduation in any stream
- Good written and oral communication skill
- Should be familiar with MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint
