It gives us great pleasure to announce that India's most well known LPO firm has outsourced it's quality and MIS management activities to Adaptive Processes.
As part of the agreement, Adaptive will develop a world class QMS using ISO 9001 and Six Sigma frameworks and also manage the metrics collection and analysis for the client.
This is 2nd project from the client. In the first project, Adaptive had developed and completed ISO 27001 certification for the client.
